Bellovedere da Toni is a charming, family-run trattoria in the heart of Waiblingen, distinguished by its modern yet cozy atmosphere. Host Toni Greco places the highest value on quality, freshness, and authentic Italian hospitality.
With the Bellovedere da Toni project, gastro total transformed a former savings bank in Waiblingen into a modern gastronomy venue featuring a restaurant and ice cream parlor. Planning began in 2023, with completion in May 2025. In addition to high-quality interior fittings with stainless-steel furniture, counters, and furnishings, the implementation included numerous trades: floor coating, base work, a ceiling-integrated ventilation system, and cold rooms with refrigeration technology. All work – from in-house planning to full execution – was carried out by gastro total.
The result is a functionally sophisticated, aesthetically pleasing gastronomy project that combines quality with holistic planning.
