The newly build construction of the ski lodge “DaSepp” took place in summer 2023 and is well known as the highest lodge on the Planai at approximately 2000 meters above sea level, offering a 360° panoramic view of the Dachstein Tauern. “gastro total” was able to provide a large kitchen as well as an outdoor and indoor bar facility. The installation took place during fresh snowfall and was handed over to the owners satisfactorily upon completion.
The operators of the new gastronomy are Payer Josef, Karl-Heinz Angerer, and Christian Steiner. We thank the new operators for their trust and wish them much success.
