At home in Hamburg, at home in the world. This is the solution of chef Maurizio Oster, whose cuisine has been awarded a star by the Michelin Guide.
As a member of our partner JRE, we were given the task of planning and implementing the new kitchen for the Zeik Restaurant. The planning was done and presented directly on site at Mr. Oster’s restaurant. The completion of the kitchen took place 3 months later.
In the planning, the floor plan of the limited space was adapted to create as much work surface and space for refrigeration facilities as possible. The centerpiece is a STAHL unique cooking block, which is embedded in a STAHL kitchen. In addition, we also provided the floor coating, the ventilation ceiling and the cold rooms, including refrigeration technology.
